My (fit)losophy

Health is so much more than just exercise. It’s all-encompassing: mind, body, and heart. When I talk about fitness as a WAY OF LIFE, I mean it.

I’m not here to give you a “3-weeks to washboard abs” program or another crash diet. I’m not here to tell you that what works for me will work for you. I realize that every BODY is different and has different needs. So that’s what I’m here to do–to help you create a sustainable routine that will get you where you want to be. If you commit to doing the work, you better believe I’ll commit to showing up WITH you.

I believe that hard work and consistency can push you further than white-knuckle deprivation. I believe that fitness can be FUN! (but it won’t always be, and that’s normal) I believe that building a body you’re proud of takes time and a lot of patience, and you will fail sometimes. That is OKAY. This isn’t about perfection. This is about progress. That doesn’t happen in 1 day or 1 week. It happens when you show up, over and over again, even on the days you don’t want to, and commit to doing the work.

Because, guess what? I’m right here doing the work with you.

Maybe this is your first time trying. Maybe it’s your hundredth time. Either way, I’m here to help you make it an ALL THE TIME.

No more, “I’ll start again next week.” I’m here to link arms with you, give you a kick in the butt when you need it, and most of all, to CLAP FOR YOU! I want you to live the best version of your life you possibly can, and that starts with feeling good.

It’s okay to be afraid. It’s not okay to let fear be the roadblock to a better, healthier life.

It’s okay to hate it sometimes. It’s not okay to stop showing up.
